All orders are delivered via Australia Post. Each order has a shipping charge that is calculated based on weight or size, whichever is the least expensive option. We do suggest that you consider postage insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items delivered by Australia Post once they have left us.
If you are located within proximity to us here in the lower Blue Mountains, we are more than happy for you to call by and pick up your purchase to save on shipping costs. Just make a note of that when you checkout and then give us a call so that we can arrange a suitable date and time for both of us.
Refund Policy
Naturally it is in our best interest that our customers are 100% happy. With this in mind if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will do whatever we can within our power to resolve the issue. You can choose from either a full refund, exchange or credit, less shipping. This is subject to providing proof of purchase and that your goods are returned unused and with all seals and containers intact (at your expense). So please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. This policy would generally apply in the case of manufacturing defects. This policy definitely does not apply in the case of change of mind or dislike of a particular fragrance.
