The only additives used in our candles are the best quality fragrant oils and colours. If you would like a candle that is totally 100% natural, you may wish to order one of our Soy range made using essential oils and no colour. |

| Naturally it is in our best interest that our customers are happy. With this in mind if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase from Gooseberry Hill Candles, we provide the following options to you. Within 3 days after receiving your order and finding there to be an issue, you can choose between a refund, excluding shipping, exchange or credit is also available excluding shipping. This is subject to providing proof of purchase and that your goods are returned unused and with all seals and containers intact. So please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Please note that any damage incurred in transit by Australia Post is the responsibility of the purchaser and to claim from Australia Post, provide all completed appropriate paper work and proof of damaged packaging to your local post office. |

| Orders are processed in the order received. Once your order is placed and full payment received your candles are poured or selected from existing stock if on hand. All candles made in house are cured for 24 - 48 hours, packaged carefully and posted direct to your door. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days depending on your location in Australia. If you require the items quicker than that, then simply select express post. |
